NavisREFIT has a WEB interface for the management of the Dossier, the Operations and the Stock and a Mobile appendix, to activate and finalize the workings of artisans/workers/contractors. Configured as an APP for smartphone/tablet. NavisREFIT is part of the Navis.net Suite which provides databases and functions to manage Customers and Boats and to provide for the guided drafting of a Work Estimate.
The Management of the Shipyard instructs the Dossier and draws up a Work Plan for each Boat that enters the Shipyard, describing the Order and articulating the Operations and Tasks to be assigned to internal and external Operators.
Each Task includes the list of Materials to be used and an estimate of the expected Time for execution.
The Operators receive and manage the Tasks on their Mobile device through an APP, updating day by day the dedicated time and the materials taken from the stock to be used in Operation.
At any time, the Management can check the progress of the work and determine whether the delivery can take place on time rather than the need to manage deviations.
Withdrawals from the Stock, made by the Operators, are reported to the Management when it is necessary to provide for supplies in time.
Monitoring can be performed both from PC /MAC as from any Mobile device, allowing you to have the situation under control at any time and in any place.

The Management of the Shipyard updates the Stock (incoming and outgoing products) while the withdrawals made by the Operators, and registered by them in the Tasks, determine an automatic updating of the stocks.
The Products are characterized with all the attributes useful for management, including Cost and Price which, in the final balance of the Operations, contribute to determining the Marginality.
