For companies working in many salons and public exhibitions, we have created a module to facilitate the management of “trade fair contacts” incorporating preparatory activities, client hospitality at the stand and contact reprocessing activities. NavisDESK is used to pre-register clients, inviting them to events and manage their arrival at the fair, notifying of their presence to the sales staff designated for welcoming them.

The module is also used to register visitors to the trade fair stand, directly entering their details which will be sent to the Navis.net database. The registration process therefore offers a clear overview of the number of visitors to the stand and the boats visited, allowing the sales staff to use the data entered during registration in real time without having to copy the data by hand, but rather using that entered at reception.
